Registration 

The hybrid Annual Meeting will take place November 6 - 7, 2025, with Project Group meetings scheduled to take place the week prior and the week of the Annual Meeting. Virtual meetings will be on October 29-31 and in-person/hybrid meetings on November 4-5. See the Project Groups page for more information.

Annual Meeting and Project Group in-person registration deadline is October 9, 2025. 

Attention: Visitors who are not NIH Badge Holders, U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents with a green card must complete a Visitor pre-registration form, which will require submitting a copy of their passport and visa documentation no later than September 30, 2025. Please be advised that failure to submit the required Visitor pre-registration form by the September 30, 2025 deadline will result in denial of entry to the NCI Shady Grove Campus. For any questions, please contact the NCICohortConsortium@mail.nih.gov.  

Annual Meeting virtual registration deadline is November 7, 2025. 

Project Group virtual option to register will close the day before meetings.

If for any reason you need to change your attendance from in-person to virtual, please email NCICohortConsortium@mail.nih.gov to change your registration status.

Attention: Visitors who are not NIH Badge Holders, U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents with a green card must submit documentation of a U.S. Visa or Visa Waiver Program at least 30 days prior to their visit to the NCI facility.  Instructions will be emailed to you upon submission of this form.

Please check here if you plan to attend and would like to receive additional information about a virtual networking session organized by the Associated Member Council (AMC, the NCI Cohort Consortium body of early career investigators) on Tuesday, October 28, 12:30 -1:30 pm (U.S. ET). This session is open to all early career investigators (if post-doctoral fellow or investigator within 10 years of terminal degree (e.g., Ph.D., M.D.).
Check here if you would be interested in joining a social mixer gathering on the evening of Thursday, November 6. This will be an opportunity to connect with fellow attendees in an informal setting. This event is open to all.
