Project Group Meetings
Project Group meetings are scheduled to take place the week prior and the week of the Annual Meeting, with virtual meetings on October 28-31 and in-person/hybrid meetings on November 4-5.
Meeting details for each Project Group meeting will be sent in separate confirmation emails after you register for the Annual Meeting on the Registration page. Once you receive the confirmation email, download the .ics file to save each invite to your calendar. This will include important details for attending the meeting.
Project Group in-person meeting registration deadline is October 9, 2025.
Project Group virtual option to register will close the day before meetings.
