Registration is required for all attendees.

  • Non-U.S. person attendees: Registration closes October 1, 2026 (additional NIH visitor pre-registration requirements apply for non-U.S. citizens and non-permanent residents).
  • U.S. person attendees: Registration closes October 26, 2026.

Individuals who are unable to travel due to extenuating circumstances (e.g. caring for a family member, etc.) who would like to view the talks remotely should contact the IMAT program director Kelly Crotty at kelly.crotty@nih.gov.
