In preparation for the in-person poster session, please note the following:
- The poster boards are the 4’x3’ (36” x 48”), so please take that into account when printing your posters. Thumbtacks or velcro tape will be provided – all that’s needed is the actual poster.
- Poster session times are:
- Poster Session 1: Oncogene-driven lung cancer, resistance: Wednesday June 12 – 1:00pm- 3:00pm
- Poster Session 2-6: Thursday June 13 – 12:30pm-2:00pm
- There will be staff available to help.
- If you would prefer to FedEx your poster in advance of the meeting, please have delivered no later than June 10thto:

The Virtual Poster Submission Deadline is Friday, May 31, 2024 by 3pm ET. Confirmation emails will be sent upon submission.
Specifications for Online Poster Presentations:
