Meeting Participants:
The meeting will start early on Monday, June 22, 2020. Participants should plan to arrive on the evening of Sunday, June 21, 2020 to be certain they can access the private meeting shuttle from the hotel to the NIH Bethesda Campus.
Please note, all participants must present a form of government-issued ID such as a driver's license or passport to enter the NIH Bethesda Campus at Gateway Center.
After the meeting adjourns, participants will be responsible for arranging their own transportation from the NIH Bethesda Campus to their destination.
Airports
- Dulles International Airport (IAD): Approximately one hour to one hour and 30 minutes away from the meeting hotel and NIH Bethesda Campus. *Contingent on traffic volume.
- Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA): Approximately 60 minutes away from the meeting hotel and NIH Bethesda Campus. *Contingent on traffic volume.
- Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI): Approximately up to 2 hours away from the meeting hotel and NIH Bethesda Campus. *Contingent on traffic volume.

*Note, it is recommended that meeting participants use the meeting shuttles departing from Residence Inn Bethesda Downtown to facilitate your transport and security clearance.

Visitor Parking is at the Gateway Parking Garage (MLP-11):
- Monday – Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (entrance) 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (exit) $2.00 per hour for the first three hours and $12.00 for the entire day. Parking will not be validated.
- Visitors parking in the Gateway Parking Garage (MLP-11) should proceed out of the Parking Garage to the Gateway Center (Bldg. 66) for a visitor badge.
- Gateway Center is open for pedestrians Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- No vehicle inspection is required to park in MLP-11. Vehicles left in the MLP-11 parking garage after 11:00 p.m. on weekdays are subject to ticketing and towing.
