The Natcher Conference Center Cafe is closed but there will be a "Pop-Up Service" for breakfast and for lunch. No afternoon snacks. Cash and credit card payment will be accepted.

  • Breakfast:

    • Hot weigh-and-pay
    • Grab-n-go salads and sandwiches
    • Assorted sushi
    • Assorted bottled beverages

Participants can pre-order and pre-pay for a boxed lunch. Options for pre-ordering lunch (sandwiches or salad) are available for October 20, 2023. Orders must be received by 4:00 pm EST October 18, 2023. If you are interested in pre-ordering a boxed lunch from the Fresh Fork Catering at NIH, please use the Eurest Catering link below. Be prepared to provide your credit card information at the time you place your pre-order boxed lunch. The pre-ordered boxed lunches will be available for pick-up in the hallway outside the Auditorium approximately 30 minutes before the designated lunch schedule.

To place your boxed lunch order:

  1. Eurest Catering link: https://eurestconferencecatering.catertrax.com/
  2. Click on “Order” at the top bar of the home page.
  3. On the drop down menu, click "Meal Boxes."
  4. At the top of that page, click on "Sandwich and Salad Boxes."
  5. Click on option of choice: either “Sandwich Boxes” or “Salad Boxes.”
    • For "Sandwich Boxes," there are five sandwich options. Enter the number of lunch boxes you are ordering in the box next to the selected choice.
    • For "Salad Boxes," there are three salad options. Enter the number of salad boxes you are ordering in the box next to the selected choice.
    • Add any special instructions in the space provided.
    • Enter your full name in the space "Item is For:"
    • Click on "Add to Cart."
  6. A pop-up box will display: xx Items in Your Cart.
    • Placing an Order: click on “Select Your Date and Time.”
    • Click "On Campus Delivery."
    • Date: October 20
    • Time: Select 12:00 pm.
    • Click "Update." This will bring you back to page for ordering.
  7. Click on cart in upper right of page to go back to cart and complete ordering process.
  8. Click “Continue as a Guest.” If you have a Fresh Fork account or wish to create one, “Sign In to Register/Register to Check Out.”
    • For Contact Email: Enter your email
    • Click "Checkout."
    • For “Delivery:”
      • Location: enter “On Campus Delivery”
      • Contact Name: enter “Tamika Carney” (Meeting Coordinator)
      • Building: enter 45 (it is the Natcher Building)
      • Room Name/Room #: enter “Auditorium”
      • Meeting Name: enter “40 Years of Epi”
      • Contact Phone: enter “240-620-0836” (phone for Tamika Carney, Meeting Coordinator)
      • Contact Information:
        • First Name: Tamika
        • Last Name: Carney
      • Click "Continue."
      • "Payment Method" will display credit card.
      • Under payment method, click "Click here to enter new credit card."
      • Follow the prompts for credit card payment.
