A block of rooms has been reserved for June 12, 2019 - June 14, 2019.  The special room rate will be available until May 22nd or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. When calling, please reference “Lung Cancer Workshop” when making your reservation. The deadline to reserve your room is May 22, 2019. This is a hard and fast date and will not be changed.

Travel

The Workshop will be held at the National Cancer Institute located at 9609 Medical Center Drive, Rockville MD 20850.

Closest airports to the hotel and NCI:

• Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)
• Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)
• Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)

Southwest Airlines, American Airlines and United Airlines service all three airports.

Ground Transportation and Shuttle to NCI Shady Grove

The Hilton Rockville Hotel will provide shuttle service to NCI Shady Grove. The final hotel schedule will be posted before the meeting.

Attendees who do not use the shuttle will be responsible for their own transportation. There will be a sign-up sheet for taxi service to the surrounding airports.
