Overview

This NCI workshop will focus on approaches to catalog key pathways towards development of a functional wiring atlas of therapeutic sensitivity and resistance. Presentations will outline the current state of drug resistance in cancer and cover the application of functional genomics to probe mechanisms of resistance and identify unique ways to combine therapies. Current methods that can contribute to the resistance knowledge base, such as proteomics, epigenetics, advanced imaging, and computational biology will also be covered in short sessions. The meeting will include a handful of high-level talks, short presentations, and group breakout discussions.
