Project Abstract Submission
Instructions
All participants must submit a 1-page abstract (in the text box or upload a word/pdf file) of a proposed jamboree project no later than July 1, 2026. Specifically,
Project Leads must:
- Select the types of projects from the drop-down menu of Abstract Category.
- Describe your projects that could be accomplished by your team during the 3-day jamboree including:
- scientific or technical questions to address
- why this project is applicable and important to others in the broader community
- identified datatypes/datasets. If multi-omic and multi-modal data are proposed, please clearly describe what data types from what repositories
- expertise, computational tools, and/or computing environment needed to carry out your project, if known
- whether you have assembled a ready-to-go team. If yes, include members' names and their associated institutions
Project Seekers must:
- Select the types of projects you would be interested in working on by joining a project team at the jamboree using the drop-down menu of Abstract Category.
- Describe:
- your experience and expertise
- why you want to participate in the jamboree
- what you hope to achieve
