New Grantee Workshop (Poster Schedule)

Poster Schedule

Poster Details

All participants are encouraged to present a poster during the virtual poster session at the 2025 New Grantee Workshop. Your presentation can describe your proposed work and/or any progress you would like to share. Joint posters will be accepted. Additional instructions for your presentation and the format of the virtual session will be sent later this summer.

An abstract submission is required in order to present a poster.

Branding on Posters

The NCI Logo and other NIH/HHS logos are trademarked by HHS and are to be used only when an NCI staff researcher is the author and presenter of a poster. If you are collaborating with an NCI researcher, that person is to be identified on your poster in the authors' section with “National Cancer Institute, Bethesda, MD” listed as the affiliation.

The appropriate branding on your poster is of your institution, i.e., the grant award recipient.

You should identify your DCCPS grant in text, using the following statement:

Funded in part by the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health, Division of Cancer Control & Population Sciences (DCCPS), Grant Number: ____________.

If you are collaborating with an NCI researcher, that person is to be identified on your poster in the authors' section with “National Cancer Institute, Bethesda, MD” listed as the affiliation.
