A room block has been secured at the Lexington Marriott City Center at the group rate of $159/night + plus room tax (currently 16.07% - subject to change) for up to two nights (April 15 and 16).

The deadline for making a reservation at the group rate is Friday, March 15, 2024 subject to availability. All rooms within the room block are first come, first serve.

Airports
The Blue Grass Airport – Lexington (LEX) is 6.1 miles from the conference location and is easily accessible by Lyft or Uber or Taxi. The Lexington Marriott City Center does not provide an airport shuttle.

Travelers choosing to fly into one of these airports can rent a car and drive to Lexington, subject to the hotel parking fee.

After the conference ends at noon on Wednesday, April 17, visitors may consider going to Lexington’s historic Keeneland racetrack, conveniently located next to the airport. April is the month of Spring Meet Thoroughbred horse races, which run from Wednesday through Saturday, 1-5pm, with affordable tickets starting at $7. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, February 20.
