Hotel & Travel

We have arranged a group rate of $261.00 per night (plus taxes and fees), at the Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center. The cutoff date to make reservations at the group rate is Wednesday, August 28, 2024, by 5 p.m. Eastern Time. To make your reservation, click on the reservation link below. All expenses and charges are your responsibility. You will need a credit card to guarantee your reservation.

ETCTN grantees will be responsible for all costs and reimbursed through their grant.

If you are a sponsored attendee, your hotel accommodations have been arranged for you. You will receive an email with your hotel confirmation information within 1-2 weeks of the meeting date.

Early Departure

All guests must confirm their departure date upon check-in. If a guest departs earlier than the date confirmed at check-in, an early departure fee will be charged directly to the guest. Please see the check-in and check-out times noted above.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to check-in without penalty. Any cancellation made less than 72 hours of the confirmed check-in date may incur a one-night room and tax penalty. If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a confirmed reservation, a one-night room, and tax no-show penalty will be charged, and the room will be released for sale for the remaining dates.
