Teaching in Medical Eduction

Overview:  

The purpose of TIME is to increase the scientists’ ability to teach in medical education. The course will provide basic knowledge in teaching methods, course planning, writing a syllabus, and developing examinations. The course will focus on good teaching practices, including basic strategies for developing and organizing a course.

Registration

The registration deadline is June 30, 2025. There is no registration fee. Note, the TIME course is limited to 53 registrants. For more details about the course and program contacts, visit the TIME website

The two-hour course will be held in-person on both NCI campuses:

  • Frederick: July 1, 2025, 2:00-4:00 p.m., Bldg. 549, Room. B
  • Bethesda: July 2, 2025 3:00-5:00 p.m., Bldg. 10, Room, FAES #1
