Workshop participants are advised to reserve a guest room at the meeting hotel (information below).
NCI-CONNECT will provide a private meeting shuttle service from the Residence Inn Bethesda Downtown to the NIH Bethesda Campus meeting location. Workshop participants who make reservations at an alternate hotel can meet at the Residence Inn Bethesda Downtown to ride on the private shuttle if they notify meeting staff (kathleen.mercure@nih.gov). Otherwise, participants are responsible for their own transportation to the meeting.

Please note: There is a hotel block and reserved rate for this workshop, but participants are responsible for their own expenses. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to secure a room. Reservations for the room block must be made by May 24, 2020.
After the meeting adjourns, participants will be responsible for arranging their own transportation from the NIH Bethesda Campus, Building 45 to their destination. There will be no private shuttle service after the meeting. The NIH Bethesda campus is metro accessible.
