Use the Registration page to submit your abstract.
Here are some essential things to know about the Workshop:
- In the past, the Workshop has been very popular and registration slots have filled very quickly. Registration will close when capacities are reached. Acceptance will be on a strict first-come, first-served basis and favor those with science to share (i.e., those who have submitted an abstract). Please, register EARLY.
- Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words. Keep in mind that the abstract that is submitted in your registration is the final version. Edits or changes in your abstract cannot be accepted after you have completed your registration. Use only Roman characters. Please proofread carefully and make sure you have checked with your PI (if needed) before you submit your abstract. Abstracts may be withdrawn BEFORE November 10, 2023.
- Those with Abstracts will are requested to bring a poster and present it during one of two poster sessions for people to visit during the symposium.
- ALL attendees, regardless of seniority and experience, will be required to actively participate in the meeting by sharing data in talks or posters, providing direct mentorship to trainees, evaluating scientific progress of trainees, chairing educational sessions, etc. No one may attend without assuming official duties, which you may sign up for when you register.
