This one-day hybrid symposium is hosted by the NIH/FDA-Cytokine Interest Group to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Cytokine Interest Group, and as a tribute to the late Dr. Joost Oppenheim (NCI) - a giant in cytokine and chemokine research - who passed away on May 14, 2022. The symposium will feature cutting-edge research in cytokine immunology by leading scientists in the field, and further highlight the legacy of Dr. Oppenheim as a mentor, colleague, and NIH researcher.
